Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Head of Public Relations & Communications to join our team. This is a full-time, executive-level position that operates on a hybrid basis. You can perform this role from anywhere in the country, as we value the flexibility and choice that our hybrid model provides.
Your impact
- Lead the development and execution of our global PR and communications strategy to elevate our brand and mission.
- Drive media relations by building relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry analysts to amplify our voice in the healthcare and technology sectors.
- Manage our reputation and messaging pillars, ensuring our unique value proposition is clearly communicated across all external channels and stakeholders.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- At least 15 years of public relations experience within the healthcare industry, with a mix of in-house and agency experience preferred.
- Expertise in media relations, including a proven track record of securing high-impact placements and managing communications for major corporate milestones like an IPO.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data analytics into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management capabilities and the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
- A deep understanding of the healthcare market, financial terminology, and SEC regulations.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
