We are North One, a venture-backed startup dedicated to transforming how small businesses handle their finances. By building a comprehensive digital finance department anchored by our innovative business bank account, we are working to democratize financial empowerment for entrepreneurs across America. We are currently looking for a Head of Product to join our remote-first team and lead our product and design efforts as we continue to scale.
What you'll be doing
- You will unify our product management, growth, and design teams to deliver customer-driven outcomes while balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.
- You will lead user research and data analysis efforts to ensure that customer feedback is deeply embedded into every stage of our product development process.
- You will collaborate across departments, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to manage dependencies and drive the successful release of scalable features.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in product leadership, specifically within Fintech or B2B SaaS environments. You will need the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in product management or product-led growth, with a minimum of 4 years spent managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel to drive experimentation and A/B testing.
- A deep understanding of customer-centric design principles and the ability to simplify complex user flows.
- Expertise in business strategy, including the ability to define value propositions and manage product roadmaps that align with company goals.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively across our diverse, remote team.
What you'll get
