The Role
What will you do

Oversee the execution of the product roadmap by defining and driving robust product development cycles.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of product updates and new features, by prioritizing features and initiatives based on defined Growth KPIs and market opportunities.

Lead and mentor high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Empower teams to make informed decisions and solve problems independently within their areas of expertise.

Translate the product strategy into clear, actionable plans for the product team and other stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration.

Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Track and analyze KPIs to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Champion a user-centric approach to product development by incorporating user feedback and insights into the product roadmap.

Continuously research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
What you are good at
-
Proven track record of driving growth in a cross-functional environment across technical and commercial teams.

A deep understanding of accounting, taxation, or financial software in a B2B context combined with extensive experience in comparable leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and innovation through clear strategic initiatives.

Inclusive and clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to exchange with all relevant stakeholders, especially C-level.

A customer-centric approach to product development processes, starting as early as research through all stages of the product lifecycle.

End-to-end experience in building software products, with a proven track record of building and managing teams of researchers, designers, and product managers.

Strong data-driven, analytical mindset and user empathy to set hypotheses, narrow in on opportunities, and drive impact on KPIs.

Native-level German and excellent English language skills.
