What you'll be doing

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch, continuously improving both shipping velocity and quality across our consumer product Matcha and our developer platform.
• Align the founder-defined vision and strategy with product roadmaps and execution, while balancing velocity against technical debt to keep the organization sustainable for the long term.
• Mentor the product management team, implement best practices and frameworks, and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-to-Market functions so every team executes as one.

What you'll bring

You bring at least ten years of product management experience, including five or more years in a leadership role within a tech startup or similarly fast-paced environment. You have successfully managed software products from inception through launch and iteration, and you have demonstrated the ability to implement product management principles, frameworks, and best practices at scale. You excel at leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategies that align with business goals, especially in organizations that manage multiple product lines and competing priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at every level. You combine rigorous, data-driven decision-making with intuition and user insight, and you bring exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in crypto or developer platforms is highly desirable, and you are fluent in English.

What you'll get

The base salary range for this position is USD $200,000 - $300,000 plus equity and ZRX tokens.
