About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Product to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position where you will take ownership of our entire product portfolio. You will be responsible for defining our product vision and ensuring that our strategic roadmap aligns with the technical realities of our protocol. As a remote-first organization, we value self-starters who are eager to build industry-first technology alongside a globally distributed team of experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning for our full product portfolio, including the definition of our product vision, roadmap, and core strategy.
• Oversee product management processes, which includes managing the product backlog, setting priorities, and selecting the right tooling for the team.
• Define and track key performance indicators and metrics, while managing the product organization budget and PnL.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in technical product management or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct leadership and management experience.
• Deep expertise in the crypto and decentralized finance space, ideally paired with a technical background or a strong history of working closely with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to drive the full product lifecycle, from initial market research and competitive analysis to final product launch.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product improvements for our users.

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
