The role
We are searching for an experienced Head of Product to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position where you will report directly to the VP of Product. You will be instrumental in shaping our product organization, working alongside other vertical leaders to establish frameworks that foster seamless collaboration across the entire company. Your work will be vital in driving our growth and market presence as we continue to scale.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to launch new revenue streams that expand our market presence and service offerings.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment between the product team, internal departments, and our merchant partners to ensure alignment and innovation.
- Elevate the experience for both developers and merchants by refining our integration processes, improving our dashboard, and ensuring our solutions provide exceptional value.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a deep understanding of the fintech industry and a passion for solving complex problems. We require the following qualifications:
- More than 8 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading successful product initiatives.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
- A data-driven mindset with the analytical skills necessary to inform strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant plus.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
