Head of Product at Atomic

At Atomic, our mission is to expand access to financial services and wealth creation on a global scale. We build the essential infrastructure that empowers consumer-facing brands to provide seamless, engaging investing experiences. Our platform supports advanced capabilities, such as multi-currency trading across 60 markets and ESG-focused investing. Having recently closed our Series A, we are a diverse team of experts from banking, technology, law, and finance, all working together to scale our impact and redefine how people interact with their money.

The role

We are looking for a Head of Product to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a lead-level, hands-on position designed for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to take ownership of our entire product suite. You will play a pivotal role in our growth by shaping how our partners and their users interact with our financial infrastructure, ensuring our offerings remain intuitive, powerful, and scalable.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including the definition, scoping, and successful rollout of new features on our roadmap.
• Enhance the user journey by optimizing our onboarding processes and refining the experience for users once they are active on our platform.
• Drive business growth by managing key metrics related to user conversion and account expansion while collaborating closely with our engineering, design, sales, and operations teams.

Skills and experience

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, specifically within high-growth organizations.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Proven expertise in managing all stages of product development, from initial discovery through to go-to-market execution.
• Exceptional business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, system-level challenges.
• A deep commitment to product quality and a keen eye for design.
• Previous experience within the consumer financial journey is considered a significant advantage.
