The role
We are looking for a Head of Product to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a lead-level, hands-on position designed for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to take ownership of our entire product suite. You will play a pivotal role in our growth by shaping how our partners and their users interact with our financial infrastructure, ensuring our offerings remain intuitive, powerful, and scalable.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including the definition, scoping, and successful rollout of new features on our roadmap.
- Enhance the user journey by optimizing our onboarding processes and refining the experience for users once they are active on our platform.
- Drive business growth by managing key metrics related to user conversion and account expansion while collaborating closely with our engineering, design, sales, and operations teams.
Skills and experience
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, specifically within high-growth organizations.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Proven expertise in managing all stages of product development, from initial discovery through to go-to-market execution.
- Exceptional business acumen and the ability to navigate complex, system-level challenges.
- A deep commitment to product quality and a keen eye for design.
- Previous experience within the consumer financial journey is considered a significant advantage.
