What you bring
As our Head of Product, you will serve as a director-level leader responsible for shaping our product suite into a market-leading platform. This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates anywhere. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading and standardizing our end-to-end product development process to ensure efficient launches and strong market impact.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers while fostering a culture of accountability and cross-functional excellence.
- Defining and communicating our long-term product vision to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams toward our strategic goals.
Requirements
We are searching for a seasoned product leader who possesses deep expertise in B2B enterprise environments. You should have a proven track record of technical proficiency and the ability to navigate complex trade-offs while maintaining a sharp focus on go-to-market strategies. We value candidates who are strong communicators and natural team builders. Fluency in English is required, and we look for individuals who are passionate about creating software that users rely on every day. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes is essential for success in this role.
