As we continue to grow and develop new tools to help families thrive, we are looking for a visionary Head of Product to join our team. This is a remote, full-time leadership position where you will work directly with our CEO to shape the future of our offerings and solve real-world problems for parents everywhere.
What you'll be doing
- Drive Product Strategy: You will define and articulate a clear vision that balances deep user insights with our broader business objectives, ensuring we always prioritize the most impactful initiatives.
- Lead Execution and Delivery: You will own the full product lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, while collaborating closely with design teams to create intuitive experiences that become a seamless part of our users' daily lives.
- Foster Team Growth: You will mentor and develop our product management team, cultivating a culture of curiosity and high performance while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced executive who is passionate about our mission and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing consumer-facing apps and a proven track record of scaling core products while launching new ones from the ground up.
- A deep understanding of product management fundamentals, including the ability to build and execute roadmaps at every stage of the lifecycle.
- Strong data acumen, allowing you to uncover meaningful stories within metrics to guide your decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
While this role is remote, we have a strong preference for candidates based in California to facilitate occasional in-person meetings with our leadership team.
