What you bring
As our Head of Product, you will step into a full-time executive role that operates entirely remotely from anywhere in the world. You will report directly to our VP of Product and collaborate with other vertical leaders to refine our internal frameworks and drive our strategic growth. Your work will be central to our mission, focusing on these core responsibilities:
- Leading the strategy and execution of new revenue streams to expand our market presence.
- Cultivating a collaborative environment between our product organization, cross-functional teams, and our global customers.
- Improving the overall developer and merchant experience to ensure our solutions remain seamless and highly valuable.
Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with at least eight years of product management experience, specifically within high-growth environments. You should possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and be comfortable navigating its unique challenges. We value strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You must be fluent in English, and proficiency in Spanish is considered a significant asset. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also welcome. Above all, you should be a strong mentor who can inspire a team while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
