We are now seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead our design, research, and product functions as we continue to scale.
Key outcomes
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy across our entire platform, balancing the needs of mature products with the development of new offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring rigorous prioritization and effective execution across our three core verticals.
- Collaborate extensively with Engineering, Data Science, Technical Product Management, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.
- Drive product-market fit for emerging lines while maintaining the stability and performance of our existing enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a leadership role managing product, design, and research teams within an organization.
- Proven success in developing and executing product roadmaps within the Enterprise SaaS space, specifically with B2B2C products.
- Strong ability to navigate complex data infrastructure and analytics environments.
- A track record of effective cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep commitment to our mission of financial inclusion and a focus on initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience working within the consumer credit industry.
- A background that includes navigating both early-stage and late-stage company environments.
