The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product portfolio and define the strategic vision for the Everclear Protocol. In this executive role, you will act as a bridge between our technical engineering teams and our ecosystem partners, ensuring that our product roadmap aligns with the needs of our users. You will have full ownership of the product organization, including budget and PnL responsibilities, while fostering a culture of growth and innovation as we scale our impact across the crypto landscape.

A day in the life

• You will define and execute the overarching product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring that our goals and key performance indicators are clear and measurable.
• You will manage the product lifecycle from initial market research and competitive analysis to the final launch, while overseeing the product backlog and prioritization processes.
• You will mentor and grow our product team, conducting interviews and hiring top talent while acting as a strategic advisor to our engineering partners and ecosystem contributors.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with at least 7 years of experience in technical product management and 3 years of management expertise. You possess a deep understanding of the crypto and decentralized finance space, and you have a unique ability to translate complex technical realities into actionable product improvements. You are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, from developers to enterprise customers, and you excel at using data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in English is essential for success in our collaborative, global environment.
