As an early-stage team, we are currently collaborating with partners in gaming, entertainment, and consumer brands to transform our social-first deployments into a scalable, repeatable platform.

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Product to join us in a Full Time capacity. In this senior role, you will define and scale our character AI platform, guiding it from its current social-first focus into a multi-platform experience. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape the future of how AI characters interact with the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a relationship-first product strategy that defines how AI characters form and maintain ongoing connections with users to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Build and refine core AI-native systems, including memory, personality, voice, and continuity, while turning loose AI behaviors into scalable, configurable product primitives.
• Establish a robust product operating cadence, including the roadmap, discovery processes, and measurement frameworks that track engagement, retention, and commercial ROI.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of social products and the mechanics of user engagement. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience building AI-native, data-driven, or highly technical products in ambiguous environments.
• Strong background working with social platforms and a deep intuition for what drives habit formation and retention.
• The ability to partner closely with engineering teams on architecture, system constraints, and evaluation loops.
• Experience translating complex customer needs into repeatable platform workflows and primitives.
• A track record of operating in zero-to-one startup environments where you can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
