We have already successfully launched a web application, browser extension, and mobile app, and we are now looking for a visionary leader to help us scale our technology and define the future of the payments industry.
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Product to join our executive team on a full-time basis. In this executive-level position, you will report directly to our CEO and take ownership of our product and technology roadmap. You will be responsible for refining our existing offerings while implementing new strategies to elevate our platform. This is a chance to lead our product vision, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our growth aligns with the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep research into the financial anxieties and challenges our users face to inform and enhance our future product development.
- Identify critical product issues and develop creative, effective solutions that can be implemented quickly.
- Lead team execution by defining clear product roadmaps and establishing precise requirements for new features.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for candidates who bring a blend of strategic leadership and technical expertise:
- At least 8 years of experience in product management or technology leadership, specifically within the payments, banking, or financial services sectors.
- A proven history of scaling consumer technology platforms to support operational efficiency and business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative team management.
- A metrics-driven mindset that prioritizes data and customer feedback in the decision-making process.
- Experience launching financial products, such as digital wallets or payment solutions.
- Knowledge of credit and debit card rails, fund flows, and KYC processes, alongside an understanding of banking regulations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
