Our platform connects the entire lifecycle of carbon removal through two core products: Carbonfuture MRV+, our comprehensive solution for durable CDR, and our leading marketplace for carbon removal credits. We are looking for a visionary leader to help us make carbon removal frictionless and scalable.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Head of Product to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a Director-level position that is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will work closely with our executive leadership to shape the future of our digital monitoring and marketplace solutions.

Your impact

• Define and execute our product strategy by aligning business objectives with evolving market needs and user requirements.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-functional product squads to ensure we deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions.
• Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven insights and rapid, iterative testing cycles.

What you'll need

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans. You should have a strong background in B2B product leadership, particularly within the startup or scale-up ecosystem. Your toolkit should include:

• At least 5 years of experience in product leadership, ideally with exposure to enterprise software.
• Expertise in data analytics, design thinking, and user research to inform your decision-making.
• A deep understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in German or Spanish is considered a strong asset.
• A passion for climate tech and a proven ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence.
