We operate as a remote-first organization with over 270 team members spread across more than 30 countries. We are currently looking for a Head of Product to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis to lead our payment block and drive our strategic vision forward.
Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio operations by managing dependencies, resources, and company OKRs while ensuring every product stream aligns with our broader strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain a unified product development lifecycle, including setting standards for documentation, backlog management, and prioritization to ensure transparency across all teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop our product managers through regular feedback and growth planning, while fostering a culture of accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Between 6 and 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years spent in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple domains or teams.
- Proven expertise in the fintech or payments sector, specifically with acquiring, PayFac, PSP, or EMI/EMA infrastructure.
- A solid understanding of payment flows, risk management, merchant onboarding, and settlement processes.
- Experience managing B2B or white-label platform products that involve complex client integrations.
- Technical proficiency or a strong understanding of API-based payment architectures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, at a B2-C1 level.
