Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of Product to guide the growth of our dApp and asset suite. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. We are looking for a lead-level professional who is ready to take ownership of our product strategy and drive our global impact.
Your impact
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring our strategy aligns with market trends and business goals.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from initial ideation and research to launch and iterative refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, enhance token utility, and maintain a competitive edge in the blockchain space.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in product leadership, ideally within early-stage startups or spin-offs.
- Deep expertise in blockchain technologies and crypto-economics, with a strong understanding of how these impact product scalability and user engagement.
- Proven success in launching and scaling mobile applications.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Dune, Mixpanel, and Google Spreadsheets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in English.
