Head of Product at Ownwell

As a member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our founders and functional leaders, reporting directly to our CEO, Colton Pace. Our group is a unique blend of entrepreneurs, designers, and product experts who have previously built products that consistently exceed customer expectations. The opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Product to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will own the product mandate for our entire platform as we navigate a significant growth phase. You will be responsible for solving complex consumer experience challenges within the real estate space. By balancing long-term strategic planning with tactical execution, you will lead the development of our product roadmap, incorporating technical capabilities, customer insights, market analysis, and regulatory requirements to drive our next generation of solutions.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to build a cohesive product strategy that accelerates revenue growth and delivers tangible value to our consumers.
• You will lead, mentor, and expand our product and design teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• You will represent Ownwell as an executive leader, engaging with our Board, investors, partners, and customers to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

Who you are

You are an experienced executive with a proven track record of scaling complex omnichannel solutions. You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes. Your background includes:

• Over 10 years of experience in product roles, including at least 5 years in product management within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Technology software, with a preference for candidates who have worked in FinTech or PropTech.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical proficiency and a collaborative mindset that allows you to partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Fluency in English.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred, though we welcome candidates with a strong equivalent track record.
