We are Plenti, a dynamic fintech lender using smart technology to provide faster and fairer loans across the personal, renewable energy, and automotive finance sectors. Since our launch in 2014, we have grown into an ASX-listed company with over 200 employees, annual revenue exceeding $200 million, and a loan portfolio surpassing $2 billion. We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to join our team in Australia on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us continue our mission of building the best lender in the country.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a forward-thinking product strategy that aligns with our broader business goals.
- Anticipate emerging market trends and customer requirements to build a foundation for scalable growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers while fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure key product initiatives remain on track.
- Make critical tradeoff decisions to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all departments.
Must-haves
- Extensive executive-level experience in product management, including a proven history of leading teams and defining strategy.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing long-term product roadmaps.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on inspiring and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent decision-making skills, particularly within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in English.
