We are Invisible, a profitable business approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue, and we are looking for a visionary Head of Product to guide our five-person product team through our next major phase of growth. We work with thousands of global agents to help top AI foundational model companies generate the human insights needed to train their models, and we are now expanding our reach to transform back-office tasks and business processes into an automated, API-like experience.
What you bring
As our new Head of Product, you will serve as a senior executive responsible for shaping our long-term product strategy and managing our growing organization. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates across the Americas. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing a two-year product vision while establishing the prioritization frameworks necessary to balance revenue growth, task efficiency, and gross margin requirements.
- Recruiting, motivating, and leading our product team as we transition from a scrappy startup environment into a larger, more structured organization.
- Collaborating closely with other functional leaders as a key member of our executive team to ensure our product roadmap supports the long-term durability and success of the business.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in product management, specifically someone who has successfully managed other managers. You should possess a blend of technical expertise and strong business acumen, allowing you to act as a general manager when needed. We value exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to produce precise, high-quality documentation, which is vital for our remote-first culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, low-ego leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, values kindness, and prefers a fast-paced, action-oriented approach over rigid, slow-moving processes. Proficiency in English is required.
What we offer
