We’re looking for a Head of Product (VP Level) to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is an opportunity to lead the future of customer engagement and drive the evolution of a category-defining SaaS platform. We are committed to building the future and redefining our category. We need a strong product leader to discover and drive our future offering, leveraging our strengths.
The Role
As our product leader, you will be responsible for defining our product strategy and executing a bold vision that makes Appcues the unequivocal leader in user engagement. Your mission is to leverage our extensive legacy, customer base and data asset to build a beautifully simple and autonomous product that removes complexity for our customers—enabling them to engage their users seamlessly throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will lead and grow the product management and design teams, partner closely with engineering, and ensure our R&D investments translate into measurable customer and business impact.
