We are looking for a Head of Product Platform to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote leadership role where you will work alongside more than 900 colleagues to build technology that makes a tangible difference in the lives of our 25,000 enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for our platform, ensuring it aligns with our broader company goals and market needs.
- Oversee the integration of our various solutions to ensure they work together seamlessly, such as managing member triage across our service offerings.
- Lead product initiatives that utilize an AI-first mindset to build features that can be leveraged across our entire platform at scale.
Requirements
- Extensive background in product management, with a proven ability to create and scale features for large user bases.
- Demonstrated success in delivering cross-product features and ensuring smooth integration across complex systems.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to high-quality product standards.
- A genuine passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes.
