What is this role?
We are looking for a visionary Head of Product, Mortgages to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position based on-site at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC. You will be responsible for building our mortgage marketplace from the ground up, defining the strategy, and leading the execution of this new product vertical. What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our mortgage marketplace, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept and functional specifications to final launch and performance tracking.
- Collaborate across teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to ensure our mortgage products are innovative, user-friendly, and compliant with industry regulations.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of experience in product management and a deep background in the financial services industry. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 8 years of experience specifically within mortgage banking, lending, or related fields, with a strong grasp of mortgage technology stacks and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to translate complex strategic objectives into actionable initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders.
- A strong command of modern design principles, data analytics, and UX testing to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story and drive alignment from the core team to senior executive leadership.
- Fluency in English and a passion for leveraging technology to solve customer problems.
