What you bring
We are seeking a Head of Product Management to join our team on a full-time basis. This Director-level role is based in the United States and operates in a remote environment. You will be responsible for leading our product strategy and development efforts while managing a talented group of product managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing mentorship and leadership to our team of five product managers to foster a collaborative and high-impact environment.
- Partnering with our cofounder and Head of Product to shape the strategic direction and roadmap for our product lines.
- Ensuring seamless cross-functional execution by working closely with our engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have over seven years of experience in product management, with at least three of those years spent in a leadership capacity. We value candidates who possess strong analytical skills and a user-centric mindset. You must be fluent in English and comfortable working within agile development frameworks. A bachelor's degree in a field such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is required, and an MBA is considered a plus. We are looking for an operational leader who is passionate about product innovation and capable of driving excellence across the entire product lifecycle.
