Head of Product Management at Blackpoint Cyber

Blackpoint Cyber is a rapidly expanding leader in the cybersecurity industry, providing advanced threat hunting, detection, and remediation technology to commercial clients globally. Founded by former NSA cyber operations experts, we are currently in a phase of hyper-growth following a recent 190 million USD Series C funding round, and we are looking for a Head of Product Management to guide our product strategy and scale our impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching strategy for our product portfolio.
• Conduct thorough market, competitive, and customer research to guide investment decisions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, and SOC teams to deliver on our roadmap.
• Prioritize features based on platform scalability, business impact, and global market requirements.
• Define and track performance metrics such as adoption rates, NPS, retention, and ARR contribution.
• Engage directly with our MSP partners to understand their unique operational challenges.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to drive effective product enablement.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing global team of product managers.
• Implement robust product processes, decision frameworks, and governance models.

Must-haves

• At least 12 years of experience in product management within the SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams at the director level.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex SaaS cybersecurity products on a global scale.
• Broad knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including MDR, SOC, EDR, cloud security, and threat detection.
• Strong background in customer engagement and building lasting relationships.
• Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments with 100 to 500+ employees.
• Deep understanding of the MSP space and a commitment to being a partner advocate.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different departments.
• A humble leadership style focused on solving complex product challenges.
• Fluency in English.
