The opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Product Design to define our UX strategy and lead our talented design team. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the primary design expert within our multidisciplinary development squads. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to create innovative experiences that our customers truly love. If you have a background in building complex SaaS data solutions and want to play a hands-on role in driving our platform's growth, we would love to meet you.

A day in the life

• You will translate our vision into a holistic design strategy by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• You will mentor and guide your team toward excellence while remaining hands-on with pixel-perfect execution from high-level concepts to final details.
• You will validate product ideas and answer complex business questions through stakeholder interviews, rapid prototyping, and direct customer testing.

Who you are

You are an experienced design leader with a passion for complex data products. You bring a strong technical understanding of development or DevOps practices, which allows you to negotiate trade-offs effectively with engineering teams. You are an expert in information architecture, interaction design, and user experience, and you possess the communication skills needed to evangelize your ideas and build consensus across the organization.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a professional UX designer.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a software product design team.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Israel.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
