Head of Product Design at Logz

Logz.io is looking for a Head of Product Design to join our team on a full-time basis in Israel. We help cloud-native businesses monitor and secure their environments through our Open 360™ Platform, which combines logs, metrics, and traces with cloud-based security monitoring. By providing a scalable, open-source observability stack, we help engineers and developers troubleshoot faster and deliver products more efficiently. In this senior leadership role, you will define our UX strategy, guide our design team, and work closely with our development squads to create a seamless, innovative experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic design strategy that balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create an effective product vision.
• Lead, mentor, and grow our design team to ensure excellence while maintaining a hands-on approach to end-to-end design execution.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable usability goals and validate ideas through stakeholder interviews, prototyping, and customer testing.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a minimum of 2 years spent leading and managing a product design team.
• Proven background in defining design strategies for complex data or SaaS analytics products.
• Technical proficiency with a solid understanding of development or DevOps practices.
• Expertise across the design spectrum, including interaction design, information architecture, and content strategy.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and evangelize design concepts across engineering and product teams.
