What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of Product Design to join our team in Israel. This is a full-time, on-site executive position. In this role, you will lead our design strategy and oversee the growth and development of our talented design team as we continue to build solutions that help our users thrive.
What will you do?
- Lead and manage our design team, fostering a collaborative environment while hiring and mentoring both managers and individual contributors.
- Tackle complex product challenges by creating engaging, user-centered designs that align with our brand guidelines and high standards.
- Perform user research and testing to validate concepts, ensuring that our product decisions are backed by data and clear insights.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of product design and a passion for B2C mobile experiences. You should be comfortable working in an agile environment and possess the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years of leadership experience managing direct reports.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A holistic design approach that balances high-level strategy with a sharp eye for small details.
- Experience in mobile app design and a background in B2C products.
- Bonus points if you have skills in animation, basic development, or a personal interest in nutrition and metabolism.
