Head of Product Design at Logz

The role

We are seeking a Head of Product Design to join us in a full-time, senior-level capacity. Based in Israel, this hybrid role is central to our growth strategy. You will act as the primary design authority, leading our product design team while maintaining a hands-on approach within our multidisciplinary development squads. We need a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences to help us scale our SaaS data solutions.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic design strategy that aligns user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into a cohesive vision for our platform.
• Mentor and lead our design team to excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality output.
• Drive end-to-end design execution, ranging from high-level conceptual planning to pixel-perfect implementation, while validating ideas through stakeholder interviews and rapid prototyping.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in SaaS and complex data products. We value candidates who demonstrate the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional UX design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Expertise across the full design spectrum, including interaction design, information architecture, and prototype engineering.
• A technical mindset with a solid understanding of development or DevOps practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to evangelize design concepts, negotiate trade-offs with engineering, and build consensus across teams.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
