Role at a glance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Design to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This executive-level position is perfect for a strategic thinker who is ready to lead our design function, mentor our growing team, and influence the creative direction of our product offerings.

Your impact

• Lead Design Strategy: You will define and drive the overarching design vision, ensuring every product decision aligns with our business objectives and user needs.
• Team Leadership: You will mentor and manage a talented group of designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high-quality output.
• Champion User-Centered Design: You will integrate user research and data insights into our development process to ensure we are consistently delivering delightful, intuitive experiences.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep background in design leadership and a passion for building scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Over 10 years of professional design experience, including a proven track record in executive or director-level roles at fast-growing, product-driven companies.
• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite, alongside strong proficiency in prototyping and user testing.
• A strong command of English and the ability to articulate the value of design to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
• A strategic mindset that balances high-level vision with the technical requirements of design systems and product execution.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S., as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
