Responsibilities
- Define and evolve our product design vision, standards, and quality bar as we continue to scale.
- Partner with leadership, engineering, and product teams to influence our long-term strategy and roadmap.
- Advocate for user-centered design and data-backed decision-making across the entire organization.
- Contribute directly to design initiatives, ranging from initial discovery to final delivery.
- Solve complex UX challenges and refine design outputs to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of product designers while fostering a supportive environment for professional growth.
- Establish scalable design processes that maintain efficiency and high-quality collaboration.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in product design leadership within a digital product or SaaS environment.
- A robust background as an individual contributor with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, shipped work.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor designers with a pragmatic, human-focused approach.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment where you can navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Strong systems thinking, UX expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A genuine desire to balance strategy, people management, and hands-on design work.
- Fluency in English.
