Our mission is to enhance the work of independent professionals by providing an AI Super-Agent that handles lead generation, client communication, and payments. We are currently based in San Francisco and Tel Aviv, backed by major investors like Tiger Global Management and Battery Ventures, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us redefine the SaaS paradigm through bold, system-level design.
The role
We are seeking an executive-level Head of Product Design to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead our growing design organization and define the future of our product experience. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape our design strategy, operational approach, and the overall vision for how our users interact with our AI-driven tools.
Core responsibilities
- Own and drive the comprehensive product design vision across all user-facing experiences, ensuring our AI-powered solutions remain intuitive and empowering.
- Inspire, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and managers while fostering a culture of high-quality critique and creative growth.
- Collaborate closely with leadership in Product, Engineering, and Data to integrate design thinking into every stage of the product lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a deep background in design leadership and a passion for building user-centered products. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 3 years spent managing other design leaders.
- A proven history of shipping exceptional, user-centric products within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and UX research, paired with a sharp business sense.
- Experience working in AI-enhanced product environments is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- A portfolio that demonstrates how your leadership has directly influenced product impact and design excellence.
