Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of Product Credit Risk to join our team in a full-time, lead-level capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Estonia, where you will take ownership of our credit stack and influence how we scale responsibly across Europe.
Your impact
- Define the vision and roadmap for our credit decisioning platform to ensure our processes remain scalable, compliant, and transparent.
- Work closely with our Data Science, Legal, Risk, and country-specific teams to align our product strategy with regulatory requirements.
- Build and manage tools that allow risk managers to configure and test policies with full explainability, while advocating for high-quality decisioning data.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing credit decisioning systems, lending platforms, or risk engines.
- A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning applications for credit scoring and model monitoring.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with platforms like Taktile or Provenir, or have managed portfolio-level risk in a multi-country fintech environment.
