Key outcomes

• Define the vision and roadmap for our credit decisioning platform to ensure our lending processes are scalable, compliant, and traceable.
• Work closely with our Data Science, Risk, Legal, and regional teams to maintain alignment across the organization.
• Build systems that allow for the internal and external configurability of our credit products.
• Partner with the Data Science team to support PD modeling and feature engineering efforts.
• Create robust tools that allow risk managers to test and configure policies with full auditability, while advocating for high standards in decisioning data.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing lending platforms, credit decisioning systems, or risk engines.
• A comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning applications for credit scoring and model monitoring.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven talent for bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Practical experience with platforms such as Taktile or Provenir.
• Hands-on background in managing affordability policies or portfolio-level risk within a multi-country fintech environment.
