What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Head of Product, Compliance & Security to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will work directly with our founding team to shape the future of our GRC platform. You will lead the product vision for our compliance and security offerings, ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional experience for our growing customer base.
What will you do?
- Take full ownership of the product vision and roadmap for our compliance and security features, managing everything from foundational frameworks to the final user interface.
- Conduct deep user research to identify critical pain points and design innovative features that address the complex regulatory needs of our clients.
- Collaborate across teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to set performance goals and ensure we meet our strategic milestones while acting as a thought leader in the GRC space.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in compliance-related roles, ideally with a proven track record of launching successful products. You are a strong communicator who can think from first principles and maintain a sharp focus on priority deliverables. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Expertise in compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO, HIPAA, and NIST.
- Experience designing and implementing robust cybersecurity and organizational controls.
- A founder mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead product teams effectively.
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
