The role
We are seeking a Head of Product Cards to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position that offers high visibility, as you will report directly to our Chief Product Officer. You will take ownership of one of our most successful product verticals, shaping the vision, strategy, and commercial execution of our entire cards ecosystem, including rewards and spend management features. This role is perfect for an experienced leader who is ready to influence the future of financial operations for SMEs across Europe.
Core responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy for our cards ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with our company goals and meets the evolving needs of our customers.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver top-tier card and spend management solutions.
- Collaborate with C-level executives across the organization to ensure strategic alignment and drive high-impact business initiatives.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Significant experience in building and scaling card products within a B2B or B2C fintech environment.
- A proven track record of product leadership, specifically in developing strategies that drive commercial growth.
- Deep technical and commercial knowledge of the cards ecosystem, including regulatory requirements.
- Strong people management skills with a history of coaching high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Fluency in English.
