About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Pricing and Monetization to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an executive-level position where you will be responsible for defining, validating, and iterating on our pricing and packaging strategies. As our product portfolio expands and market dynamics shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial approach remains competitive and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic architect for end-to-end pricing and packaging across all go-to-market channels, covering both self-serve and high-touch models.
- Partner with the Pricing committee, Product teams, and Product Marketing to determine and refine optimal monetization strategies.
- Lead the transition of successful pricing experiments into scalable, organization-wide execution while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of software business models and the current market landscape, including expertise in both PLG and SLG monetization paths. You must be a highly analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable recommendations. We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset who can translate product vision into effective pricing approaches. Excellent organizational skills and a passion for simplifying complex, cross-functional challenges are essential for this position.
Location
This role is based in the United Kingdom and requires an on-site presence.
