We are currently looking for a strategic leader to join our Sales and Business Development team as our new Head of Presales. This is a unique opportunity to act as the vital link between our internal engineering and R&D departments and our commercial partners, ensuring our advanced technology translates into real-world value for our clients.

About the Role

As the Head of Presales, you will serve in a full-time capacity, taking charge of technical engagements throughout complex sales cycles. You will work closely with our VP of Sales and Business Development to guide prospects through the discovery process, technical demonstrations, and proofs of concept. This role is perfect for a senior professional who thrives at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead technical advisor for our customers, managing the entire lifecycle from initial discovery and proposal development to live demonstrations and technical workshops.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value of our 5G mmWave technology for private mobile networks and fixed wireless access to diverse stakeholders in sectors like logistics, defense, and industrial automation.
  • Collaborate directly with our engineering and product teams to refine our technical solutions based on market feedback, helping to shape our future product roadmap.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in presales engineering or management, specifically within the wireless, telecom, or network infrastructure industries.
  • Deep technical knowledge of 5G NR, mmWave, RF fundamentals, and the complexities of network deployment cycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into compelling business outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Location

This position is remote and is available to candidates located anywhere, though we have a strong preference for individuals based in European countries where 5G mmWave adoption is accelerating, such as the UK, Germany, Spain, or France.
