We are currently searching for a Head of Postmark to lead our transactional email business unit. In this executive role, you will report to our Chief Product Officer and work alongside our leadership team to define the vision, strategy, and commercial growth of the Postmark product.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy to drive the growth of our transactional email business.
- Define the product strategy for Postmark to ensure it remains a leader in the market, while guiding engineering and product teams through implementation.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to refine our market positioning and establish an effective product roadmap.
- Identify and define our ideal customer profile to sharpen our focus.
- Collaborate with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align our efforts with customer needs.
- Create and implement optimal pricing and packaging strategies.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, such as ARR and NRR, through cross-functional alignment.
- Provide inspirational leadership to the team members responsible for the success of the Postmark unit.
Requirements
- Extensive background in the tech industry, specifically with deep expertise in bulk and transactional email best practices.
- Proven experience leading high-performing, multi-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
- A track record of delivering on revenue targets and building growth levers to acquire and onboard new customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment while maintaining energy and focus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate strategic vision into actionable results.
- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to navigate ambiguity while scaling operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in determining the ROI of partnership opportunities and articulating these metrics to stakeholders.
- Global operational experience, particularly with building teams and programs within the EMEA region.
- A clear passion for the SaaS and MarTech space, with the ability to act as an evangelist for our products.
- Fluency in English.
