We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our performance marketing team. As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital channels, you will drive high-impact paid media campaigns and develop strategies that deliver exceptional return on investment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels like PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing professionals to foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure client KPIs and goals are met.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize campaign results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
- Collaborate across departments, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Must-haves
- A degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels and best practices, specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and internal relationships.
- A proactive, flexible approach to thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
