We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our performance marketing team. As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital channels, you will drive high-impact paid media campaigns and develop strategies that deliver exceptional return on investment for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels like PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing professionals to foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Oversee the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure client KPIs and goals are met.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvements.
Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize campaign results.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Collaborate across departments, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Must-haves

A degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in digital marketing channels and best practices, specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and internal relationships.
A proactive, flexible approach to thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English.
