We are currently looking for a motivated expert to help us scale our brand and reach new heights.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Head of Paid Media to join our team in Solihull on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a lead-level, standalone position, making it a critical hire for our company. You will be the very first person dedicated to this function, giving you the unique opportunity to build our strategy from the ground up and shape how we approach performance marketing for the long term.

What will you do?

• You will take full ownership of our performance marketing strategy, ensuring that every campaign aligns with our broader commercial goals and growth targets.
• You will manage the entire lifecycle of our paid media efforts, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid social and search platforms to maximize our return on investment.
• You will act as a key partner to our leadership team, using your analytical skills to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive our business forward.

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment. We are looking for someone who brings a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution. Your background should include the following:

• Proven expertise in Paid Social, specifically across Meta platforms, as well as Google Ads.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and various attribution and reporting tools.
• A performance-driven mindset with experience in creative testing and scaling across channels like TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with automation tools and feed management to help streamline our workflows.
• Fluency in English.
