What you'll be doing

• You will spearhead the creation and commercialization of our new media arm by developing robust business models, identifying market opportunities, and establishing sustainable revenue streams.
• You will direct the strategy for scalable, high-impact content that reinforces our reputation as a global leader in design and innovation while fueling new business opportunities.
• You will cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations to extend our reach, while simultaneously driving integration across our existing business units to maximize synergy and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this executive role, you should possess a deep background in content creation and the commercialization of media businesses. We are looking for someone who has successfully scaled a business from its inception and understands how to manage a significant P&L with financial precision. You should have a proven track record of building complex partnerships and a strong ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level. Because we are a human-centered organization, you must demonstrate inclusive leadership, a commitment to diversity and equity, and the emotional intelligence required to mentor and motivate a talented team. Fluency in English is required for this position.
