What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will take full ownership of our brand and customer acquisition strategies. You will report directly to our CEO and lead our marketing team, working in a remote capacity from anywhere.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand, performance, CRM, and social channels.
- Manage our unit economics with a focus on optimizing customer acquisition costs and lifetime value in collaboration with the finance team.
- Lead, mentor, and grow our high-performing marketing team while driving the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency and personalization.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in scaling consumer brands and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualities:
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- Expertise in both brand and performance marketing, with a proven ability to analyze business data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- A builder mindset that allows you to thrive in ambiguous situations and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using modern AI-powered workflows and automation to build scalable systems.
- Fluency in both German and English.
