What is this role?
We are searching for a strategic Head of Marketing at the VP or SVP level to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position for a seasoned leader with a proven history of success in fast-growth B2B SaaS environments that have reached at least 8-figure annual recurring revenue. You will report directly to our Founder and CEO, working closely with our SVP of Sales and Senior Director of Product to design and execute a scalable growth engine. While this is a high-level leadership role, we are looking for someone who remains hands-on and is ready to roll up their sleeves to drive results.
What will you do?
- Direct the daily operations of the marketing department, cultivating an environment defined by innovation, accountability, and strong team collaboration.
- Own the end-to-end strategy for customer acquisition, product marketing, and sales enablement to ensure all initiatives align with our broader business goals for retention and growth.
- Analyze performance data to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize spend across various channels, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to the leadership team.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a data-driven leader with over a decade of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least five years in a director-level role or higher. You have successfully managed teams of more than 10 people and overseen budgets exceeding 10 percent of annual revenue. You possess a deep understanding of modern performance marketing, ABM principles, and product positioning for both buyer and user personas. Beyond your technical expertise, you are a proactive problem-solver with a startup mentality, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit that helps you build strong partnerships across sales, product, and success teams. Proficiency in English is required.
