What is this role?
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position where you will take full ownership of our marketing function. You will be responsible for shaping our brand, driving customer acquisition, and managing the entire lifecycle of our users across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
What will you do?
- Drive Growth and Demand: You will design and execute multi-channel strategies to fill our pipeline, balancing high-touch and automated approaches to reach our target audiences effectively.
- Lead and Mentor: You will build, hire, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Optimize the Customer Journey: You will use data-driven experimentation to refine our messaging and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring we maximize customer lifetime value and retention at every stage.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a creative strategist who loves digging into data to prove what works. You have a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a passion for building brands that stand out. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong background in demand generation and lifecycle management.
- Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including the use of A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance metrics like CAC and CLV.
- Hands-on experience with digital channels such as SEO, paid social, email, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience departments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a track record of building and scaling high-performance teams.
