The opportunity

As our Head of Marketing, you will step into a broad, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our business. You will be responsible for the entire go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our new MMO reaches its full potential. This position is perfect for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to own the narrative, from initial branding and positioning to the complex data analysis that drives user acquisition. You will collaborate across our entire organization to ensure that every player and creator feels the impact of our work, making this a defining opportunity to shape the trajectory of our company.

A day in the life

• You will design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, crafting the core messaging and value propositions that define our new title in the gaming space.
• You will lead our efforts in user acquisition and community management, launching viral campaigns and grassroots programs that turn casual observers into dedicated players.
• You will partner with our product and finance teams to analyze performance data across all marketing channels, optimizing our budget to maximize growth and engagement.

Who you are

You are a seasoned executive with at least 8 years of experience in full-stack marketing, particularly within the gaming, social media, or technology sectors. We are looking for a master storyteller who understands how to build a brand from the ground up and has a proven track record of scaling products to a large audience. You possess a deep, genuine passion for MMOs and have experience navigating the unique challenges of launching free-to-play games on PC and console platforms. You are equally comfortable diving into complex data sets to build executive-level dashboards as you are leading a team through a creative brainstorm. You communicate with clarity and precision, and you have the leadership skills required to foster a high-performing team in a fully remote environment.
