The role
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position for a strategic thinker who is ready to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. You will play a critical role in shaping our narrative and driving growth within a fast-paced, international environment.
Core responsibilities
- Lead our marketing strategy by developing comprehensive sales playbooks and creating compelling customer stories through high-impact case studies and video content.
- Organize and execute community-focused events, such as webinars and onsite VR community days, to deepen our engagement with prospects and existing customers.
- Perform in-depth market research to provide our product and sales teams with actionable insights that refine our business strategy and support long-term growth.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with a demonstrated history of successful strategy development.
- Deep expertise in account-based marketing and solution marketing, with the ability to design campaigns that resonate with a technical audience.
- Proven background in the VR, AR, software, or life sciences industries.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into intelligence that supports sales success.
- Experience working in or with US-headquartered companies is considered a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
