We are realworld one, the global leader in enterprise virtual and augmented reality solutions for the life science industry. Our technology is trusted by major organizations like Lonza, ZEISS, Bio-Rad, and many others to transform how they handle research, production, and sales. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team in Freiburg, Germany on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level role for someone who wants to help us shape the future of immersive technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead our marketing efforts by developing sales playbooks, establishing thought leadership, and producing high-impact customer stories through video and case studies.
- Manage the planning and delivery of community-focused events, such as webinars and onsite VR community days, to foster deeper connections with our prospects and clients.
- Perform in-depth market research to provide our product and sales teams with actionable insights that drive our overall business strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in complex B2B marketing with a history of successful strategy execution.
- Proven expertise in solution marketing and account-based marketing to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- A strong background in the VR/AR, life sciences, or software development sectors.
- Previous experience in a senior management role, ideally within smaller companies or as a key leader in larger organizations.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to support sales teams through data-driven intelligence.
- Fluency in English is required, and experience working with US-headquartered companies is considered a significant advantage.
