The role
We are hiring a Head of Marketing on a full-time, hybrid basis. This executive-level position reports directly to the CEO and leads all aspects of brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy across the United States.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to refine marketplace strategy, product positioning, and pricing recommendations that unlock new revenue and improve conversion.
- Build and scale integrated account-based and demand-generation programs that expand pipeline, strengthen customer loyalty, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing organization while championing data-driven decision-making, clear messaging, and continuous process improvement.
Skills and experience
You bring more than 20 years of senior marketing, growth, or strategy leadership, including at least eight years managing teams that balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution. You have deep expertise in account-based marketing, brand positioning across geographies, and performance marketing technologies that include CRM, ad tech, and marketing-automation platforms. Exceptional financial acumen, comfort interpreting data, and the ability to translate insights into clear commercial strategies are essential. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to influence stakeholders at every level.
Compensation and benefits
The expected base salary range is $265,000–$300,000, with an annual performance bonus of 30 percent. Additional benefits include equity participation, company-subsidized medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, a 6 percent 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible hours, generous paid time off, and hybrid work arrangements.
