What you'll be doing

• Launch creative campaigns: You will dream up and execute bold, unconventional marketing initiatives that capture the attention of the crypto community.
• Manage the full user funnel: You will oversee the entire journey from initial awareness to long-term engagement, ensuring our messaging is sharp and effective for the upcoming protocol launch.
• Collaborate across teams: You will work closely with our product, growth, creative, and community leads to turn ambitious ideas into reality while maintaining a fast pace of execution.

What you'll bring

• Professional experience: You have three to five years of experience in marketing or growth roles, ideally within the crypto or decentralized finance sectors.
• Creative expertise: You possess a proven track record of launching successful, high-impact campaigns or growth hacks that have made a real splash.
• Crypto fluency: You understand the nuances of the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi and emerging trends, and you know how to engage with these unique audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You are a self-starter who excels in environments with limited structure and you are comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Communication skills: You are highly proficient in English and can effectively convey complex ideas to a broad audience.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $280,000, which is determined based on your experience and market benchmarks. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following:
